Her core strengths include government and stakeholder relations, policy advocacy, crisis communication, CSR leadership, and strategic public relations. She has successfully built and nurtured powerful networks with government officials, industry leaders, community stakeholders, and media, consistently facilitating smooth project execution and regulatory clearances.

Previously, Meghna served as Chief Advocacy & Growth at Vedanta Ltd. (SESA Goa Iron Ore), where she played a pivotal role in obtaining statutory clearances, driving strategic advocacy for policy changes, and building sustainable frameworks for corporate affairs and communications. Her experience also encompasses senior advisory roles in sustainability, ESG, and regulatory affairs, as well as key positions at Gulf Petrochem Group, Dainik Bhaskar Group, and the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI).

Meghna’s career is marked by significant achievements in project implementation, media management, and capacity building—garnering accolades such as the Chairman’s Discretionary Award and the CEO Award for strategic business achievements. Her leadership has accelerated major policy reforms, enabled large-scale investment projects, and advanced impactful CSR and sustainable development initiatives.
