Kgabo’s strengths lie in developing robust logical frameworks, establishing program indicators, and designing data collection and analysis tools that enable strategic decision-making and continuous improvement. Throughout her career, Kgabo has held pivotal roles such as Performance Monitoring Manager at Broadband Infraco, where she developed performance frameworks and tools to track project progress and impact, conducted rigorous evaluations, and provided actionable insights for program enhancement. As National Monitoring and Evaluation Manager at AIDS Healthcare Foundation South Africa, she led the design and implementation of M&E systems, developed innovative research tools, and managed comprehensive data collection and reporting across multiple provinces. Her achievements include designing the Patient Satisfaction Survey, developing sustainability frameworks, and strengthening organizational performance monitoring.
