Kesh is a multi award-winning Global HR and Talent Transformation Leader with a distinguished career spanning financial services, insurance, TravelTech, government and global media. Through this work, he is focused on building strong foundations, enabling sustainable growth and positioning Project Yananai to organisational mission, enable sustainable growth and build diverse, high-performing teams across international markets.
He has led senior talent leadership roles within organisations such as HBX Group, BBC News, Nationwide Building Society, Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games, UK policing and local government, where he has delivered complex talent and workforce strategies in high-profile, fast-moving and highly regulated environments.
With a proven track record of leading complex transformation, Kesh specialises in building and scaling global Talent and Talent Acquisition Centres of Excellence. He develops agile operating models, compelling employer value propositions and inclusive, data-led frameworks that strengthen strategic workforce planning, reduce reliance on external agencies and create sustainable talent pipelines. His approach connects workforce insight, technology and inclusive hiring practices to help organisations move from reactive recruitment to long-term capability building at scale.
As Global Head of Talent for Project Yananai, Kesh is responsible for designing and leading a global talent strategy and transformation. This includes shaping employer brand, embedding modern talent technologies and developing strategic workforce plans to ensure the organisation has the right skills and leadership in place to achieve its long-term vision.
