Juliet is a results-driven funding and grants management expert with over 20 years of cross-sector experience in banking, finance, consultancy, and the NGO sector across Namibia and Zimbabwe. Juliet brings a dynamic blend of financial acumen, strategic vision, and hands-on expertise in donor relations, grant portfolio management, compliance, and capacity building.

Juliet holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) in Banking & Finance from the National University of Science & Technology (Zimbabwe), a Master’s in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from NUST (Namibia), and is a Doctor of Business Administration candidate at the Namibia Business School, University of Namibia. Her comprehensive academic foundation is complemented by professional certifications in business accounting, grants management, financial systems, and USAID rules and regulations compliance.

Throughout her career, Juliet has excelled in leading high-stakes donor-funded projects, managing complex grant portfolios, and building strong relationships with development partners, governments, and major institutions. As Managing Consultant for Phoenix Alliance Group, she has designed and implemented performance management systems, conducted organizational assessments, developed strategic and operational plans, and led business process reengineering for public sector entities, private corporations, and NGOs across the region.

Juliet’s previous role as Finance Manager at KAYEC Trust (Namibia) saw her overseeing multi-donor grants—including USAID and European Union awards—ensuring rigorous compliance, timely reporting, and audit readiness. She is highly skilled in consolidated financial statement preparation (IFRS), budgeting and budgetary control, policy development, payroll administration, and internal controls. Her background also includes experience in banking operations, client outreach, and financial sector supervision with leading institutions such as the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe and Standard Chartered Bank.

In addition to her financial expertise, Juliet is a recognized leader in capacity building, strategic communication, and business consultancy. As Managing Director at Global Edge Training Institute, she has spearheaded professional training initiatives for government, parastatals, corporates, and NGOs, empowering teams and individuals to achieve operational excellence and sustainable growth.

An exceptional communicator and team player, Juliet is known for her ability to foster partnerships, optimize resource mobilization, and drive measurable impact. Her strengths include project and performance management, stakeholder engagement, policy advisory, and business process optimization—all supported by advanced skills in Microsoft Office, SAP, Pastel, CRM, and virtual collaboration platforms.
