Ganesh Jothivelan is an accomplished digital transformation and portfolio management leader with over 22 years of global experience driving performance, innovation, and business intelligence across Communication, Media, Life Sciences, and Hi-Tech industries. 

In his role as National Manager – ICT, Data Insights and Analytics at Project Yananai India, Ganesh leverages his deep expertise in program delivery, data science, and technology integration to power evidence-based decision-making and scalable impact.

Ganesh has held pivotal roles in both multinational corporations and start-up environments, including founding RGM Solutions and leading high-value portfolios at Cognizant Technology Solutions and HP Inc. He has successfully managed delivery operations for portfolios exceeding $40M and teams of 500+ professionals, consistently improving client satisfaction (NPS +95), boosting efficiency by 25% through automation (RPA/IPA, AI/ML), and optimizing costs through strategic onshore-offshore transitions.

A recognized change-maker, Ganesh has spearheaded automation-led transformations in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Logistics, and rural education, including the design and implementation of digital learning platforms that have improved academic outcomes for thousands of students. His technical toolkit spans Python, R, SQL, Salesforce, SAP, and advanced platforms for business analytics and workflow automation.

Ganesh is renowned for his ability to translate complex data insights into actionable strategies, drive continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams. His achievements include margin turnaround (from -6% to +25% within a year), $46M in operational savings, and significant reductions in product cycle times and attrition rates.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication from JCET, Trichy, and is currently pursuing an M.Tech in Data Science Engineering at BITS Pilani. Ganesh is a Business Excellence Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Prince2 Practitioner, Certified SAFe Agilist, and Certified Scrum Master, with additional training in procurement from the USA.
