Farisai holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) Degree from Bindura University of Science Education and has completed the Supervisory Leadership Development Program. Throughout her career, Farisai has demonstrated excellence in managing full-cycle accounting functions, financial analysis and reporting, budget preparation, cash flow management, and internal controls. Most recently, as Project Accountant for the Zimbabwe Association Of Church Related Hospitals (ZACH), she provided financial oversight for multiple donor-funded projects—ensuring timely and compliant reporting, supporting grant proposal development, and facilitating audits with zero findings. Farisai is known for her ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights, supporting both program teams and senior management in strategic decision-making.

Her previous experience includes roles as Group Financial Accountant at United Refineries Limited, Accountant at Croco Motors, and Financial Accountant at Lobels Bread, where she led the design and implementation of financial control systems, cost optimization strategies, and audit processes across multiple business units. Farisai excels at building strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and donors, fostering collaboration and transparency.
