As Deputy Country Director for Technology and Sustainable Skills Development at Project Yananai, Dr. Singh leverages his rich expertise in EdTech integration, digital transformation, and workforce upskilling to drive large-scale impact and future readiness across India’s educational and skills landscape.

Throughout his distinguished career, Dr. Singh has held senior executive and academic leadership positions, including CEO, President, and Vice President roles, across prominent organizations and institutions in India and internationally. He has been instrumental in architecting and executing long-term institutional growth strategies, building academic-industry ecosystems, and advancing technology-enabled learning within higher education and the broader skills sector.

Dr. Singh is renowned for his ability to foster high-impact academic, industry, and government collaborations—working closely with key bodies such as NSDC, DST, StartinUP, and Sector Skill Councils to shape policy, accelerate digital adoption, and develop scalable skill development frameworks. His leadership in digital transformation and business innovation has enabled organizations to streamline operations, diversify revenue streams, and achieve profitable growth in competitive markets.

A champion of innovation, Dr. Singh has developed and managed startup incubation ecosystems, led B2B/B2C market strategies, and spearheaded EdTech product and digital marketing initiatives that have enhanced brand visibility and fueled institutional expansion. Dr. Singh’s academic credentials include an M.Tech (Computer Science & Engineering) from IIT Patna (pursuing), a Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering, and an MCA, supplemented by certifications from Microsoft, Oracle, and IIT Delhi. As a technology educator, senior NIIT-certified trainer, and lecturer, he has designed and delivered transformative IT and management curricula, mentored the next generation of technology professionals, and contributed to institutional quality assurance and curriculum innovation.

His contributions extend to governance and quality leadership as a Governing Council Member, IEEE Chair, peer reviewer, and Quality Assurance Chair at leading academic institutions across India and Africa.
