As National Program Manager – Community Engagement at Project Yananai India, Deblina brings a unique blend of academic insight, strategic acumen, and grassroots commitment to advancing inclusive, holistic development in communities nationwide.

A certified TEFL/TESOL trainer with a deep background in curriculum and content development, Deblina has delivered high-impact training programs for educators, youth, and professionals, empowering over 300 individuals to successful careers and reaching more than 100,000 people through large-scale community awareness campaigns. Her expertise spans instructional design, well-being consulting, peer counseling, policy development, and digital engagement, underpinned by a passion for fostering positive social change.

Deblina’s career highlights include leading training and learning initiatives for organizations such as Suraasa, the American College of Teachers and Trainers, ENEN Green, InvesTeen, and AP ICT Education. She has managed the launch and execution of national programs on parenting, climate change, and skill development, and has served as a lead trainer, curriculum designer, and L&D consultant for institutions and NGOs. Her innovative approach integrates EdTech, mindfulness, and well-being strategies, ensuring that engagement is both meaningful and sustainable.
