Chilufa’s outstanding track record spans roles as Finance and Grants Specialist for Nathan Associates LLC—where he managed complex USAID- and donor-funded initiatives, ensured compliance with rigorous grant regulations, and supported local partners from application through close-out. His hands-on experience covers proposal development, budgeting, financial reporting, payroll administration, auditing, and the implementation of robust internal controls. He is highly skilled in donor relations, concept note review, grantee monitoring, and financial coaching, ensuring that all financial processes are transparent, accountable, and aligned with organizational goals.

As a Lead Consultant at Chitalunga Solutions Limited, Chilufa has recently been at the forefront of designing and delivering entrepreneurship, branding, and marketing capacity-building workshops for cooperatives and development partners. His earlier work with Agriterra and AgriSmart Zambia included advising agricultural cooperatives on finance, marketing, and business planning, as well as managing financial operations for climate-smart agriculture and sustainable agribusiness projects in both Zambia and Tanzania.
