Deputy Country Director - Internal Management and Compliance 

Beauty is a seasoned Supply Chain Management Specialist with over 15 years of hands-on experience in stock management, logistics, and compliance within the essential medicines, cold chain vaccines, nutritional commodities, HIV kits, medical supplies, and reproductive health sectors. As Deputy Country Director – Internal Management and Compliance for Project Yananai Zimbabwe, Beauty brings unparalleled expertise in ensuring the effective, transparent, and compliant delivery of health commodities in both humanitarian and public health contexts.

Renowned for her practical approach and strategic vision, Beauty has worked across private, public, commercial, and humanitarian logistics sectors, including pivotal roles with UNICEF Zimbabwe, Crown Agents Zimbabwe, and the Ministry of Health and Child Care. She has successfully overseen the end-to-end management of essential health commodities—leading on transport management, stock quantification, cold chain monitoring, procurement planning, and the distribution of critical supplies to service delivery points nationwide.

Beauty excels in monitoring and evaluation of health logistics systems, preparing technical reports, and collaborating closely with government agencies such as the Ministry of Health and Child Care, the Zimbabwe National Family Planning Council, and the National Pharmaceutical Company. She is a trusted partner to both government and donors, ensuring all health plans and commodity management activities are aligned with national guidelines and international protocols.

Her leadership in internal management and compliance is complemented by her capacity-building skills, facilitating the development of SOPs, identifying training needs, and supporting government and district pharmacy managers to ensure robust systems are in place. She has also played a key role in budgeting, financial tracking, and donor reporting, working with partners such as UKAID, USAID, and UN agencies.

Beauty holds a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management, an MBA, and a Bachelor of Management from Zimbabwe Open University. She is certified in Monitoring and Evaluation (University of Zimbabwe), Global Health Logistics for Health Commodities, Personnel, Training and Business Studies (IPMZ), and holds an International Diploma in Logistics and Transport (CILT). Her technical training includes pipeline management, supply chain management, and training of trainers with JSI/USAID Deliver and MOHCC, as well as humanitarian logistics certification.
