Within Project Yananai India, Anshu provides visionary leadership in driving financial excellence, transparency, and sustainable growth for the organization.

Anshu’s expertise encompasses the full spectrum of finance operations—financial reporting, budgeting, MIS, statutory compliance, treasury management, internal controls, and audit coordination. In her recent role as a consultant with Dentsu Aegis Network, she managed the financials for holding entities, coordinated with Big 4 audit firms, led treasury and FX operations, and streamlined intercompany settlements and compliance processes. She is known for her robust analytical skills and ability to navigate complex financial structures, including Workday and SAP ERP platforms.

As proprietor of Jain Anshu & Associates, Anshu led statutory and tax audits, GST and income tax filings, and internal audits for a variety of clients. Previously, as Finance Controller with SUJAN Luxury Hospitality and Senior Finance Manager with Anand Group and Gabriel India Limited, she demonstrated leadership in managing large finance teams, implementing SAP systems, standardizing processes, and driving performance reviews and technical training. Anshu has a proven track record of optimizing expenses through rigorous budgeting, consolidating group financials, and leading successful system integrations and change management initiatives.

Anshu is a CA (ICAI, New Delhi) and B.Com graduate from Maharishi Dayanand University. She has furthered her expertise with certifications in IFRS, IND AS, and General Management & Communication Skills. Her achievements include recognition for the successful implementation of SAP and being acknowledged as a subject matter expert and quick learner.
