In this pivotal role, she is responsible for securing the financial resources necessary to power the project's ambitious humanitarian and development goals.
Ana brings a comprehensive background in financial management, reporting, and compliance, having worked with global industry leaders such as ExxonMobil and UPS across the Czech Republic, the UK, Australia, and her native Albania. Her expertise spans the entire financial spectrum, from managing end-to-end accounting operations and ensuring VAT/tax compliance to developing sophisticated budget forecasts and leading audit processes.
As Finance Manager at A. Hartrodt, she was instrumental in managing end-to-end accounting operations, directing cash flow planning, and co-developing strategic 3-year budget forecasts. Her career is marked by a consistent ability to optimize financial processes, implement robust internal controls, and provide strategic insights to senior leadership to drive performance.
