Niq Sibanda started off his career in education and worked with university students under the International Fellowship of Evangelical Students. He became the National Director of the movement in Zimbabwe before serving in the sister movement in South Africa where he currently resides with his family. 

After his tenure in student work, he transitioned to serve entrepreneurs in the startup and non-profit sectors through his consulting firm. He has developed several tools including the Startup Template and the Business Model 3D Template. He also has served as a leader in the Lausanne 2010 Congress and currently part of the international students movement within Lausanne.
