Judith brings a distinguished track record of cultivating institutional and corporate partnerships, managing donor relationships, developing funding proposals, strengthening grant management systems, and supporting senior leadership to secure resources for organisational priorities. Most recently, she served as Director of Fundraising and Development for a major healthcare institution, where she established a new development function with an annual fundraising target of USD 2 million, developed institutional resource mobilisation strategies, and cultivated relationships with bilateral and multilateral donors, foundations, corporations, and government partners.

Prior to this, Judith was a Resource Mobilisation Officer at the United Nations in New York, where she supported strategic external engagement and partnership development. She secured EUR 1.3 million from the European Union and contributed to mobilising approximately USD 1 million from a major government donor. She developed the organisation's first donor landscape, mapping 19 priority Member States, and coordinated high‑level engagements with ambassadors, governments, and multilateral institutions. She also developed resource mobilisation procedures and guidance that were adopted across the organisation and delivered capacity‑building initiatives for country offices.

Earlier in her career, Judith held roles in grants management and resource mobilisation for a national environmental trust fund, where she developed strategic partnerships with government institutions, private‑sector organisations, and regional bodies, and managed donor‑funded projects ensuring compliance and accountability. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Daystar University and a Diploma in Banking and Financial Support Services.

Judith combines strategic leadership with hands‑on fundraising, donor intelligence, pipeline development, partnership cultivation, proposal development, grant compliance, and capacity building. She is passionate about building sustainable funding streams that enable mission‑driven organisations to deliver lasting impact for communities worldwide.
