Purpose:
This advisory provides essential guidance for all staff in the event of urgent or non-urgent situations where communications are lost or disrupted, or if you experience the loss, damage, or malfunction of a communications device (e.g., mobile phone, laptop). SOLARIS aims to ensure your rapid reconnection to Project Yananai’s internal systems and communication platforms.

Immediate Actions

1. Remain Calm and Assess the Situation

  • Ensure your personal safety first.
  • Attempt to restore communications using available backup devices or alternate channels (e.g., landline, secondary email, or messaging apps).

2. SOLARIS Contact Protocol:
If you are unable to reconnect or regain device functionality, please contact the following, in order of priority:

  • Once reconnected, promptly update your supervisor and IT support team.
  • Contact local emergency services where necessary.
