National Program Manager - Agriculture

Felix is a development professional and business analyst with over ten years of experience in agricultural project management, socio‑economic research, enterprise development, and climate‑smart agriculture training. As National Program Manager – Agriculture for Project Yananai in Zambia, he leads the design and delivery of training for smallholder farmers, supports agribusiness development and value addition, builds partnerships with government and private sector, and contributes to grant proposals to secure agriculture‑focused funding. 

Felix concurrently serves as a Conservation Agriculture Program Manager for an international wildlife conservation organisation, where he leads community farmer initiatives, trains smallholder farmers in sustainable land management, and coordinates partnerships to promote sustainable agriculture. He has also worked as a Head Business Analyst for a logistics company, a Programs and Marketing Manager for a youth development centre, and a Business Intelligence specialist for a global consumer goods company. 

Felix is the founder of an agribusiness enterprise and co‑founder of a consultancy providing enterprise development and investment readiness support to start‑ups and smallholders. He has trained over 2,500 farmers in sustainable agriculture and market access, conducted socio‑economic research across several African countries, and helped secure significant grant funding for agriculture and empowerment programmes. 

He holds a Master’s in Development Studies (ongoing) and a Bachelor’s in Development Studies. Felix is passionate about transforming smallholder farming into profitable, climate‑resilient agribusiness that breaks cycles of poverty and builds lasting rural prosperity.
